B.D. Daniel - Of Counsel

B.D. Daniel joined Beck, Redden & Secrest, L.L.P. in 1999.  B.D.’s practice focuses on complex business litigation, primarily patent, energy and environmental cases and disputes involving sophisticated financial transactions.  He served as Special Litigation Counsel in the Land & Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from 1982 to 1984. B.D. has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts.
