Connie Pfeiffer represents both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the trial and appellate court process. Her practice focuses largely on business disputes with a special emphasis on appellate strategy, advocacy, the jury charge, and drafting dispositive motions and briefs.
In 2007 and 2008, Ms. Pfeiffer was recognized in the Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition by Texas Monthly Magazine. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Pfeiffer served as an intern to the Honorable Mack Kidd on the Third Court of Appeals; she served on the Executive Board of The Review of Litigation, earning the award of “Best Note”; and she was the Hutcheson Moot Court Champion and two-time National Finalist in the ABA Appellate Advocacy Competition, winning both “Best Brief” and “Best Advocate” honors.
