David W. Jones joined Beck, Redden & Secrest, L.L.P. in February 1998, becoming a partner on January 1, 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jones was in the litigation section of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. in Houston.
Mr. Jones' practice involves representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and insurance litigation. Within the last five years, Mr. Jones has handled litigation matters involving, among other things, intellectual property and licensing, professional liability, mergers and acquisitions, environmental liabilities, shareholder disputes, and antitrust and unfair competition claims. He has represented clients in numerous insurance matters involving various types of coverages including general liability, property & casualty, title, environmental impairment liability, professional liability, directors & officers liability, and business interruption.
