John Adcock is a member of the Firm’s Appellate Section. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994. During law school, he served as an associate editor of the Texas Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Before entering private practice, Mr. Adcock served as a briefing attorney for Chief Justice Linda Thomas of the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas.
Mr. Adcock graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with honors and with special honors in History in 1988. He also received an M.B.A. from the university in 1990. Mr. Adcock is a past president of the Bar Association for Human Rights of Greater Houston. He is also a member of the appellate practice sections of the State Bar of Texas and Houston Bar Association.
