Jeff M. Golub is a partner in the Houston office of Beck, Redden & Secrest, L.L.P. He joined the firm in 1997 after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable David Hittner, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Golub’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, business disputes and products liability litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts. Mr. Golub represents clients in a wide range of disputes including business, products liability, professional liability, employment, ERISA, securities, oil and gas disputes, commodities, real estate, and intellectual property.

Representative Cases
- Represented a corporate client in 2006 at trial in Dallas in a case involving alleged breach of employment non-solicitation agreements. Jury rendered verdict for Mr. Golub’s client on all issues.
- Represented companies and individuals in employment disputes relating to ERISA, trade secrets, covenants not to compete and non-solicitation agreements.
- Represented a large Texas law firm in a professional liability case in which the Plaintiffs sought damages in excess of $170 million arising out of prosecution of a patent. The Firm obtained summary judgment on behalf of the client.
- Represents one of the world’s leading automotive safety component suppliers in a large docket of product liability cases in Texas and Southwest.
- Represented a large Texas law firm in a professional liability case arising out of a business transaction. The Firm obtained summary judgment on behalf of the client.
- Represented a large law firm in a professional liability case in which the plaintiffs sought damages in excess of $200 million arising out of a merger between publicly traded construction companies.
