Jennifer Pratchett, a National Merit Scholar, graduated with honors from Trinity University in 1989. She earned her law degree from University of Houston in 1993. While in law school, she was assistant editor of Caveat Vendor, the Texas Bar Association’s consumer litigation section publication. She also authored and presented several papers on medical device litigation. Ms. Pratchett’s practice has focused primarily on mass products liability actions, and she has participated in obtaining several multi-million verdicts on behalf of individual plaintiffs.
Ms. Pratchett is a member of the IDEA committee of the Houston Bar Association and represents pro bono clients for the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Association. She co-founded By His Love Ministries, Inc., a non-profit organization that educates and serves local disadvantaged people. She has been a member of the Litigation Section, Consumer Litigation Section and Appellate Section of the Texas Bar Association.
