Murray Fogler - Partner

Murray Fogler joined Beck, Redden & Secrest as a partner in March, 2007. A trial lawyer, Mr. Fogler's practice includes all types of commercial litigation and arbitration, including breach of contract, oil and gas, legal malpractice, antitrust, construction, and insurance disputes.  

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Fogler was with Fulbright & Jaworski, joining in 1978 and becoming a partner there in 1986. In 1992, Mr. Fogler formed McDade Fogler, where he practiced for over 15 years.
