Thomas E. Ganucheau - Partner

Thomas Ganucheau received his B.S. degree in Petroleum Land Management from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1985.  He received his law degree from Loyola Law School in 1991, graduating cum laude, and serving on the Loyola Law Review.  Prior to joining Beck, Redden & Secrest, L.L.P. in 1992, Mr. Ganucheau served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edith H. Jones of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  He is licensed to practice in Louisiana (1991) and Texas (1992).  Mr. Ganucheau is also active in the Texas Association of Defense Counsel (TADC), currently serving on its Board of Directors and its Executive Committee as Secretary/Treasurer. 

Mr. Ganucheau’s practice includes a wide variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial and business litigation, energy/oil and gas litigation, products liability, environmental/toxic tort, insurance coverage, and professional malpractice.  His experience also includes litigation of matters involving intellectual property, trade secrets, and representing financial institutions.
