Thomas Rambaut McDade, born Shreveport, Louisiana, January 15, 1933; admitted to bar, 1962, Texas. Elementary and High School Education:  attended public schools and C.E. Byrd High School in Shreveport LA, graduated, Neville High School, Monroe LA. Overview:  Tom McDade is a trial lawyer and he joined Beck, Redden & Secrest on March 15, 2007 as Of Counsel.  He has tried virtually every kind of commercial case – antitrust, securities, contract, business torts, and others.  He has tried cases all over the country, as well as in Canada where he was admitted pro hac vice.  Tom has also tried or disposed of numerous criminal white-collar cases (forgery, antitrust, tax evasion, fraud, oil import licensing) in federal courts across the country.
