Community & Pro Bono
Beck, Redden & Secrest, L.L.P.'s commitment to the people and city of Houston mirrors and complements the Firm's commitment to providing unparalleled legal services to its clients. All of us - attorneys and staff - hold dear the belief that we have a responsibility to be a positive force in the community in which we live and work.
In 2009, our attorneys volunteered over 1,200 hours of legal pro-bono hours. Among the representative cases our attorneys worked on where the representation of a family member who received guardianship of his father when the next of kin refused to allow medical treatment due to religious reasons and settling an insurance claim for a client whose finger was severely damaged while eating at a fast food restaurant.
In addition, our attorneys are involved in many non-profit and charitable causes that reflect both the firm’s and individual attorney’s personal commitments to volunteerism.
