Post, Pfeiffer and Richardson Secure Favorable Judgment for Moody National Bank
October 16, 2007October 2007 – Russell Post, Connie Pfeiffer, and Michael Richardson secured affirmance of a summary judgment in favor of Moody National Bank in a case involving allegations of fraud, conspiracy, and violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). The United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas (Hon. Lynn Hughes) granted summary judgment in favor of our client, which was upheld by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
