Joe Redden Featured in American Lawyer Magazine

Joe Redden was one of the Texas lawyers noted in the cover story “Taming Texas” in the March 2008 issue of American Lawyer Magazine.  The article profiles several out-of-state lawyers who are challenging the conventional wisdom that defendants cannot win patent cases in the Eastern District of Texas.  Mr. Redden's voir dire examination of the jury panel and handling of a key defense expert were cited as instrumental in OutlookSoft Corporation's recent victory before a Marshall, Texas jury.
