Troy Ford and Jas Brar Obtain Favorable Jury Verdict for Client
June 12, 2009On June 5, 2009, Troy Ford and Jas Brar obtained a jury verdict on behalf of firm client Hewlett Packard for breach of contract and breach of warranty regarding work performed at their Houston, Texas electrical substation. The lawsuit was tried in the 55th Judicial District Court of Harris county, Texas. The verdict was in excess of one million dollars.
