Favorable Verdict for Client Exxon Mobil Corporation

David J. Beck served as lead trial counsel for Exxon Mobil Corporation in a breach of contract lawsuit brought by a former ExxonMobil executive. The lawsuit tested the validity of the company’s executive compensation program. Mr. Beck obtained a complete defense verdict after a seven-day jury trial.
