BRS Obtains Summary Judgment for Client in Arbitration
April 5, 2010Alistair Dawson and Jas Brar obtained summary judgment for a large manufacturing company in an arbitration against a former employee, who was alleging personal injury and breach of contract claims against the company. Following extensive briefing by the parties, the Arbitrator granted summary judgment in favor of the company and entered a take nothing judgment on all of the former employee’s claims.
