Victory in Patent Infringement Case
February 12, 2010Joe Redden teamed with attorneys from WilmerHale to represent medical device manufacturer Smith & Nephew, Inc. in its patent infringement case against rival Arthrex, Inc. The case was tried to a jury in Marshall, Texas before Hon. T. John Ward. The jury determined that Arthrex’s competing device infringed Smith & Nephew’s patent and awarded $4.7 million in damages.
