Victory in Breach of Contract Dispute
September 2, 2011On July 22, 2011, after a 3-day trial, David Beck and Michael Richardson obtained a judgment in the total amount of $40.8 million (which includes pre-judgment interest, costs and attorneys’ fees) for an individual client in a breach of contract dispute with a Brazilian manufacturer of wind turbine blades. The case was tried in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Russell Post of the BRS appellate group assisted with the trial.
