The firm has handled a variety of antitrust lawsuits over the years. Shortly after BRS was formed, we were hired to defend a major airline in a predatory pricing case that was brought by a competitor. This antitrust case was tried in Galveston, and our client prevailed. Since that time, we have handled attempted monopolization, discriminatory pricing, price-fixing cases, exclusive dealing cases, and cases involving the Robinson-Patman Act.
